    1. Use a mobile app We have discussed several aspects of the share market so  far. Let’s move forward and explore the different ways to initiate a trade. There are 3 potential approaches: 

       

      1. Call your broker (utilizing their main line), and ask to purchase or sell a share; this is known as “Call & Trade.”

       

      1. Use a web application 

    Regardless of your selected method, you will gain access to the share market. Think of this as a gateway which allows you to conduct transactions, track Profit & Loss, monitor movements in the market, manage resources, check stock charts and use commercial tools. This chapter is designed to familiarize you with this gateway – also known as a ‘Trading terminal’. 

    Using Stoxbox’s trading platform as an example, I’ll explain its features and functions. If you select another broker, their terminal should have similar capabilities.
